Who can send a referral?
Customers with an eligible Spotless Society account can use the referral tools available in their customer dashboard.
When does my referral credit appear?
Credit is issued after the referred customer completes the qualifying requirements shown in the referral program. Check your dashboard for current status.
How does my friend receive the discount?
They should follow the referral invitation you send from your dashboard. Booking outside that invitation may prevent the system from connecting the referral correctly.
